Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Genesa Reimbursement Group formed in 2019 by four colleagues, who collectively have over fifty years of experience working for some of the most prominent healthcare reimbursement firms in the country, to offer a new way to collaborate with healthcare providers. The Position
The Audit Supervisor - Medicare Cost Reports oversees Genesa Reimbursement Group’s hospital cost report audits, including, but not limited to reimbursable Medicare bad debts, Worksheet S-10, and Medicare Disproportionate Share reviews. This position will oversee the entire audit life cycle, from initiating amendments and reopenings, to gathering supporting documents and working with the Medicare Administrative Contractor to resolve any disputes.
1. Support multiple complex projects at the same time
2. Manage priorities across multiple teams/projects
3. Provide program/project management support in the form of developing and advancing work plans and meeting agendas
4. Participate in entrance and exit conference calls
5. Process and analyze client data
6. Ensure accurate reporting
7. Ensures work of team meets federal and state requirements and quality measures
8. Facilitate final review of re-issued cost report
9. Coordinate components of the project with other team members, as applicable
10. Work with and learn current CMS regulations and MAC audit procedures
11. Other duties as deemed necessary
